RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Caregiver Pharms Hemp Co will offer a refund on all orders prior to shipping. This refund is subject to a 6% fee to cover the credit card processing fees that are nonrefundable. Caregiver Pharms Hemp Co does NOT offer returns or refunds on any orders, for any reason, after they have shipped. 

Please cancel your order prior to shipping for a refund subject to a 6% processing fee. No refunds or returns after shipment.

Caregiver Pharms Hemp Co takes a picture of all orders prior to shipping. If you feel your order is incorrect, please email caregiverpharms@gmail.com with photographic evidence.  It is the sole discretion of Caregiver Pharms Hemp Co whether a replacement is offered.  If Caregiver Pharms Hemp Co determines that a mistake has been made, they will ship a replacement product free of charge.  

Do not send any products back to Caregiver Pharms Hemp Co as all packages will be refused and returned to sender.
